His name is Alfonso Portillo. They say that he was captured because he had a big charge in the US and in Guatemala. He had a lot of money saved in banks all over the United States and in Europe. He was captured Tuesday on a farm in the coast of Guatemala. He was directly arrested. He was transferred to the city and then was arrested. He was the president of Guatemala in the 2000 to 2004.
